Characteristics of Steel Structures

  1. Stainless steel plate has plasticity, good plastic deformation, uniform raw materials, high structural reliability, and is suitable for bearing destructive driving force loads. It has good seismic grade characteristics for buildings.
  2. The raw material has high tensile strength, relatively light net weight, high bolt strength, and high elastic grinding tool.
  3. Steel structures have high cost-effectiveness in terms of airtightness. Due to the welded structure ensuring complete airtightness, they can be used to make high-pressure vessels, large, medium, and small sewage tanks, Class II pressure vessels, etc. with excellent airtightness.
  4. Steel structures are heat-resistant but not fire-resistant and safe. When the temperature is below 150 ℃, the characteristics of stainless steel plates do not change significantly.
  5. Steel structures have poor corrosion resistance, especially in damp and corrosive material environments, and are easily corroded.
  6. The automation machinery technology for steel structure production, processing, and installation is high, and steel structure components are conducive to production, processing, and assembly at the factory and construction site.
